2025 was a year of strong forward motion. We shipped some of our most ambitious features to date, strengthened the foundation of the platform, welcomed a record number of operators to Unleashed ’25, and continued shaping the future of OOH side by side with the people who use Apparatix every day.

Laying a Strong Foundation
Winter 2025
Before the major feature launches arrived, we spent early 2025 reinforcing the core of the platform — the kind of improvements you feel even if you don’t always see them.
Platform performance & cleaner financial controls
- Contracts synced faster and better.
- Prepay rules became clearer.
- Pages loaded faster.
- Analytics behaved in new ways that aligned with your needs.
These foundational upgrades helped set the stage for a year of transformative change — including a major shift in how we manage e-signature billing.
A smarter, more cost-effective e-signature platform
Rising e-Sign costs would have increased document fees by nearly 6×, and staying put would have meant passing unnecessary expenses to operators.
So we made a change.
The new e-signature service introduced:
- predictable, document-based pricing
- no per-user fees
- unlimited team members
- reminders, resend options, in-app signing
- customizable layouts
- engagement tracking
The result? A signing experience that’s easier, more affordable, and built for scale.

One of Our Biggest Releases Ever: A Reimagined CRM
May 2025
On May 9, we launched a CRM built around what AEs actually need: speed, clarity, and intelligent workflows.
What changed for sales teams
- A faster Lead Creator.
- Cleaner navigation.
- More intuitive relationships between Accounts, Contacts, Leads, and Opportunities.
- Pipeline swimlanes that made sales work feel visual and alive.
- Mobile screens that finally matched how reps move throughout their day.
- And user-friendly customizations that let AEs design workflows that worked for them.
A new identity for a more modern workflow
The Accounts Module officially became the Sales Module — a name that better reflects the work that happens there.
This release reshaped the daily rhythm of sales teams across the country.
Summer Updates That Made a Big Difference
Summer 2025
In June, we turned our attention to the small-but-mighty improvements that make everyday work smoother.
The navigation, workflows and visibility you asked for:
- Opportunities auto-loading the right Contacts
- Navigation that remembered where you were
- Unlimited tagging
- Industry fields that became searchable
- A new “Days Owned” view that quietly changed pipeline accountability
- Real Estate tools that showed a fuller financial picture
These weren’t headline-makers, but they made the platform easier, faster, and more natural to use. They were the difference between “It works” and “This fits the way I work.”

A Second Major Moment: The Launch of AI Sales Profiles
Fall 2025
In October, we released AI Sales Profiles — an entirely new way for AEs to step into conversations with clarity and confidence.
Profiles weren’t just another feature — they were a shift in mindset.
With minimal inputs, AEs could now see:
- an advertiser’s brand voice
- key contacts
- competitors
- market context
- AI-driven phrasing that spoke the client’s language
- and real-time signals from news, economy, and data partners
Suddenly, preparation didn’t require digging through notes or stitching together scattered insights. It was right there — distilled, relevant, and actionable.
This wasn’t automation for the sake of automation, or generic AI.
It was AI that made teams more human — better storytellers, better listeners, better partners.

A Record-Breaking Gathering in Savannah
September 2025
Unleashed ’25 wasn’t just bigger — it felt deeper.
Operators, partners, and industry leaders packed into Savannah for two days of real learning, real conversations, and real honesty.
What attendees said — and what we loved hearing

Customer Success: Quiet Wins, Big Impact
Our Customer Success team supported thousands of tickets, hundreds of accounts, and every major release transition this year — from CRM to Sales Profiles.
- They closed 7,619 support tickets.
- Nearly 1,000 of those tickets included engineering work to customize the system for users (because we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions).
- Supported hundreds of accounts.
- Answered questions big and small.
- Helped operators transition into new features.
